Top 10 signs your web project is in trouble

1. The vendors' bid are so high that only a distant VP is authorized to pick the winner.

2. The business team likes this concept of "low hanging fruit".

3. The developers are talking openly at the first meeting about "quick and dirty".

4. It's been a month since the big offsite with the tech team, and they haven't called with a single question.

5. The designer says it will cost a bunch of money to change the page background from white to yellow.
